Duties

• Prepare federal and state annual, quarterly, and monthly returns.
• Update and maintain the company’s workpapers database.
• Conduct relevant tax research.
• Perform accounting tasks including categorization, reconciliations, journal entries, and other functions.
• Participate in internal and external training.

Minimum Qualifications

• BBA in Accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to take effective notes.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Understanding of debits, credits, and normal account balances.
• Effective communication.
• Attention to detail.

Duties

• Client communication including phone calls and emails.
• Data entry.
• Scheduling meetings.
• Provide administrative support to tax and accounting staff.
• Maintain social media accounts.
